Information for Speakers & Moderators

All ITS Congress participants are required to register. 

Acceptance of a paper or organised session entitles speakers, moderators, and presenters to  a reduced Congress registration fee. 

To secure a presentation slot, registration and payment must be completed by the announced deadline; otherwise, the slot may be reassigned. 

Travel and accommodation costs remain at the charge of accepted speakers, moderators and presenters.
