The ITS European Congress 2026 Opening Ceremony will kick off three days of innovation exploring safe, seamless, and integrated mobility solutions with insights from leading institutional and industry speakers. Immediately following the Opening Ceremony, a single High-Level Plenary Session titled “One journey: How do we make mobility truly seamless?” will bring together senior leaders to discuss why travel still feels fragmented and how intelligent systems can finally deliver safe, connected and seamless mobility across all modes and borders.
The 2026 Smart Mobility Summit of Cities and Regions brings together European city leaders and policymakers to share best practices and collaborate on deploying intelligent, sustainable transport systems for the benefit of their citizens. Date & Time: 27 April 2026, 12:45-17:45.
Closing Ceremony will mark the end of a dynamic week of ITS innovation, featuring final reflections from key experts, prestigious awards, and a networking reception as we look ahead to the next ITS Congresses.
