Where can I find information about the event agenda and schedule?
The Programme-at-a-Glance is available via this link. For more information, please visit our website. Please note that attendance and presentation options at the Congress are in-person only.
Where are the sessions organised?
The names of the rooms where the sessions will be organised will feature in the programme during Spring 2026. Stay tuned!
Will there be a Congress app?
Yes, this will be launched in Spring 2026 and be accessible to every registered participant – stay tuned, you will receive specific instructions via email!
When will I be notified of the status of my paper's or session's proposal?
Status notification to submitters will be sent in late February, early March 2025 with details about the next steps. Submitters will be notified to update their proposals closer to the Congress date. Guidelines on the sessions will also be sent in due course.
What are the opening hours?
Registration Opening Hours:
- Sunday, 26 April : 15:00 – 18:00
- Monday, 27 April: 08:00 – 19:00
- Tuesday, 28 April: 08:00 – 18:00
- Wednesday, 29 April: 08:00 – 18:00
Exhibition/Demonstration Opening Hours:
- Sunday, 26 April: Not open
- Monday, 27 April: 10:00 – 19:00
- Tuesday, 28 April: 09:00 – 18:00
- Wednesday, 29 April: 09:00 – 18:00
Technical Visit timings will be available on the website in Spring 2026.
How can I register to the congress?
All Congress participants, including speakers, moderators, exhibitors, and students, must register and pay the appropriate Congress fee.
I wish to register and would require a visa support letter, can you send me one?
To receive your visa support letter, we kindly ask you to first register and pay for your registration. Once we have received your registration fee on the bank account, you will receive your visa support letter automatically. Should you have been denied your visa, a reimbursement can be made, following our terms and conditions. Registration opens in February 2026.
Where can I review my registration information?
You will find your registration overview and receipt by clicking on the link in your confirmation email and logging in with the email address that you registered with.
Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?
Yes, onsite registration is possible, however the cost will be higher, and payment can only be done via credit card. No wire transfer or cash will be accepted.
Where do I upload my final PPT slides and where is the speaker ready room located?
If you are a speaker and need to upload your final PPT slides, you will be able to in our Speaker Ready Room. The exact room name will be shared in the programme, and signs will available when you arrive to direct you to it.
I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?
Yes, during registration, you may enter any special accessibility needs or dietary requirements in the designated fields. The Congress organiser will contact you closer to the event date to assist you in any possible way.
How can I book my place in a technical visit?
Technical visits can only be booked by Knowledge Pass holders during registration.
The exact dates of the technical visits will be confirmed at a later date, but they can be booked now through registration process.

What language will the event be in?
The official language of the ITS European Congress is English.
Safety and security
Please do not leave any personal belongings unattended at any time, inside or outside the session. We will have a ticketed cloakroom on-site where you can leave your belongings. The Congress Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participant.

FAQ
Is there a dress code at the event?
Even though there is no mandatory dress code, as the 2026 ITS European Congress and Exhibition is an event with many parties from different sectors and countries, we kindly ask you to dress appropriately as a show of respect to all participants of the event.
We encourage you to dress in business or business casual, and account for the warm weather anticipated for the month of April. Should you be attending some of the other social events, other dress codes may apply.
