The Talent Matchmaking session at the ITS European Congress 2026 puts young people at the center of Europe’s mobility future. Hosted with the Young Mobility Network, it connects innovative companies with ambitious emerging talent from a community of over 800 members.
The session features icebreakers, short company pitches, and structured “Meet & Match” exchanges. It encourages meaningful conversations, allowing companies to showcase their work while students and young professionals connect with industry leaders shaping the future of transport.
Important information on registering for the event:
- To register for the Talent Matchmaking, you must purchase a Congress pass. When purchasing your Congress Pass, please enter a dedicated code.
- Which code should you use?
- Members of the Young Mobility Network (YMN) have received a membership code via email.
- If you are not a YMN member and wish to attend the session, please insert the code ITS26_REG_YMN at checkout.

- You will receive a confirmation email for both your congress pass and the Talent Matchmaking upon finalising your purchase. Please note that the confirmation email may take up to one week to be sent after your registration.
